Principal Investigator
Francesca Adler-Baeder, Ph. D.
Dr. Adler-Baeder is the Principal Investigator and Project Director and oversees the evaluation design. She works closely each year with the AU evaluation team and CTF leadership to collect and interpret data and produce reports and presentations that represent the results to various stakeholder audiences.
Project Manager
Ami Landers, Ph. D.
Dr. Landers, with input from the PI, provides all direction for the CTF Evaluation project. She oversees the production of the project deliverables and works closely with CTF and the funded grantees.
Outreach Administrator III
Donna Roland, B.S.
Donna Roland oversees the data collection process, assists grantees as needed, and assists with the production of deliverables and the reporting process to the funder. Mrs. Roland also oversees financial reporting and budget activities related to the project.
Research Associate II
Addison Braddock, M.S.
Addison Braddock maintains the data entry activities related to the evaluation project such as entering, processing, and analyzing data. Ms. Braddock assists with production of project deliverables and the reporting process to the funder.
Undergraduate Student Researcher
Seth Walker
Seth is responsible for maintaining the technical aspects of the project. His responsibilities include web development, papersurvey.io, and CTF Evaluation Portal. Seth is pursuing a degree in chemical engineering.
Undergraduate Student Researcher
Michael Reuss
Michael is responsible for processing, entering, and verifying survey data submitted by grantees. He also assists with Portal administration and quality assurance. Michael is pursuing a degree in chemical engineering.

Kyndall Crosslin
Kyndall is responsible for processing, entering, and verifying paper survey data submitted by grantees.
