This is an Excel file where CTF Evaluation tracks all data received, both paper and Qualtrics (electronic). Grantees are not able to edit this file, but you can view it to see how many surveys have been received on our end. The Data Log can be found in your Box folder.

Note: These numbers are subject to change as we work through the data. For example, if we find a duplicate survey, we would remove the duplicate from your total.
